HOUSE RULES
In order to ensure a pleasant stay and eliminate possible misunderstandings, please familiarize yourself with the house rules. We are at your disposal for any additional information
-accommodation is available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure
- upon arrival, you hand over your identity card or passport to the host, the personal documents will be returned to you after entering the guest book and registration at the Tourist Office within 24 hours at the latest
- the reservation is binding, and when booking, a 100% advance payment is requested, after which the reservation is confirmed
- by paying the advance payment for the reservation of the selected apartment, you unconditionally agree to the house rules
- after we receive the advance payment for the reservation, the guest will be sent a written confirmation of the reservation, which will contain the exact location of the apartment and all the necessary contact information
- the rental agreement is considered concluded at the moment when APARTMANI MAGIĆ receives the advance payment
- in the event that the payment is not made within 2 (two) days from the date of reservation, the rental agreement is considered terminated
- in case of cancellation of reservations after 14 days before arrival at the accommodation, all payments made to APARTMANA MAGIĆ are non-refundable
- The rental contract can be canceled 14 days before arrival only in writing (by e-mail). The cancellation applies only from the day APARTMANI MAGIĆ received such cancellation.
- in the apartment itself there is no possibility of electronic payment (credit cards7Pay Pal) -guests are responsible for their behavior in the apartments, in case of any accident they bear the consequences themselves
-guests are obliged to take special care of the key and lock the apartment, because the owners are not responsible for theft or negligence
- when leaving the apartment, be sure to lock the door and close the windows, turn off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air conditioner, stove...) and turn off the water
-night rest lasts from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. during this time it is forbidden to make noise and disturb the peace and disturb other guests
- it is strictly forbidden to bring persons who are not users of rented apartments and are not listed in the attached reservation
- if the guest's fault results in the disappearance or damage of installations, furniture, devices or other equipment of the accommodation, the guest is obliged to inform the host and compensate for the equivalent value of the damage
-smoking is allowed only on the common outdoor terrace of the apartment, but not in the apartment rooms
- we do not accept pets in the apartments
- it is not allowed to bring in weapons, explosive and easily flammable materials or any other dangerous things
- the house rules are an integral part of the rental, the guest is obliged to study the house rules at the beginning of the rental
- due to non-compliance with the rules and regulations, the owner has the right to unconditionally cancel the accommodation of the guests, and in this case, their money will not be returned
- APARTMANI MAGIĆ transmits all information about the apartments through the website and tries to provide as accurate and up-to-date information as possible
- the contracting parties will try to resolve any possible disputes responsibly and amicably. In case of any dispute, the local jurisdiction of the competent court in Varaždin and the application of Croatian law are agreed upon You can communicate your comments, wishes and compliments during your entire stay in person, by phone or e-mail:
